RICE’s Youth Empowerment programs are designed to support young refugees and immigrants in their personal and professional development. We offer mentorship, leadership training, educational support, and recreational activities to help youth build confidence, develop new skills, and prepare for successful futures.
We pair youth with positive role models who provide guidance, support, and encouragement. Mentors help youth navigate challenges, set goals, and build the confidence needed to achieve their aspirations.
Our leadership training programs include workshops on communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. These sessions equip young people with the skills needed to take on leadership roles in their communities and beyond.
